College life can be challenging, but dining should be effortless. That's why all students living on campus are required to participate in a meal plan.
Meal swipes are used at Ravenhill Dining Hall for all-you-care-to-eat brunch or dinner meals.
Bonus Dollars may be used at any campus dining location for à la carte meals, snacks, and beverages.
Meal plans run Sunday to Saturday; weekly meal swipes reset on Sunday morning. Unused meals do not carry over from week to week, and unused Bonus Dollars expire at the end of the semester.

Where may I make changes to my Meal Plan?
All Meal Plans are administered by Residence Life on the third floor of Kanbar. To change or add a Meal Plan, please contact Residence Life. Dining Service locations may update you as to the number of Meals or Dollars remaining on an existing plan. Changes to the Meal Plan must be made within the first two weeks of classes each semester.
How does my meal plan work?
Students on the RAM Plan have 9 Meal Swipes available for All-You-Care-To- Eat-Meals at Ravenhill Dining Hall. That's Dinner 7 Days a week and Brunch each day on Saturday & Sunday. All other meals & snacks can be purchased with the included bonus dollars at Ravenhill, Common Thread, or Teds. Students on the 5 Meal Plan can use up to 5 Meals a week at Ravenhill. Students on the 3 Meal Plan can use up to 3 Meals a week at Ravenhill and students on the 2 Meal plan can use up to 2 meals a week at Ravenhill. Students on the Commuter Plan can use bonus dollars at any dining location for a meal.
What is the difference between Bonus Dollars and Campus Currency?
Bonus Dollars are included with your meal plan. They can be used for a meal or snack at any Dining Location. Bonus dollars do not roll over at the end of each semester. Campus currency is money that you can load onto your campus account for purchases at any Dining Location or the Campus Bookstore. These funds will roll over semester to semster and year to year, until you leave the university or graduate.
May I add more money to my plan during the semester?
Yes, Campus Currency may be added through the GET mobile app. More information can be found at https://www.jefferson.edu/life-at-jefferson/student-resources-services/campus-currency.html
Where is Mobile Ordering Available?
We currently have mobile ordering available at Common Thread Monday-Friday from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Order ahead and simply pick up your meal at the Common Thread Express Pick Up Window. We rotate the mobile order menu bi-weekly,so make sure you check out what is on the menu. Ravenhill offers mobile ordering Monday-Friday for Breakfast 9:00 am - 10:30 am and Lunch from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Stop by the lobby to pick up your order on your way to class!
